Mindfulness, or awareness, is an essential life skill that makes these things possible. By training us to clearly see what is happening here and now, the practice of mindfulness enables us to respond to our everyday experience with greater intelligence, patience and care.

Michelle’s work is dedicated to helping people thrive in their professional and personal lives. Drawing on her skills in mindfulness, coaching and training, as well as her background as a health researcher, her workshops and courses equip people with the tools to develop greater self-awareness and to thoughtfully balance their commitments to career and wellbeing. As a consultant, she has developed unique programs and resources for universities around Australia, HR professionals, equity and diversity teams, and mental health services.

Michelle is also a highly regarded educator with over 12 years teaching experience. She is a passionate advocate of the value of mindfulness in education and has worked consistently in developing initiatives to improve the wellbeing and work practices of students and teaching staff.

Michelle offers regular classes in meditation, as well as tailored wellbeing and mindfulness programs within the higher education and business sectors.
